Secret Santa hesabını ve hesabınla ilişkili tüm verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin. İki yol var:
1. Uygulamadan (anında)
- Secret Santa uygulamasını aç ve giriş yap.
- Alttaki menüden Profil sekmesine git.
- Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabımı Sil butonuna dokun.
- Kalıcı Olarak Sil ile onayla.
Hesabın ve verilerin hemen silinir.
2. E-postayla (uygulama elinde değilse)
Uygulamayı silmişsen ya da giriş yapamıyorsan, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden
aşağıdaki adrese “Hesabımı sil” konulu bir e-posta gönder:

Güvenliğin için talebi yalnızca hesaba kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gelirse işleme alırız; gerekirse kimliğini
doğrulamak için sana yanıt yazarız. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde (genellikle birkaç gün içinde)
tamamlanır ve sana bilgi verilir.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap bilgilerin: e-posta adresin, şifren, adın
- Profil tercihlerin: ilgi alanların, bütçen, para birimi, dil ve ülke
- İstek listen
- Grup üyeliklerin ve çekiliş eşleşmelerin
- Eşleşmelerine ait anonim sohbet mesajları
- Şikâyet ve engelleme kayıtların, yapay zekâ kullanım kayıtların
Bilmen gerekenler
- Kurduğun gruplar silinmez, gruptaki başka bir üyeye devredilir. Gruptaki tek üye sensen grup da silinir.
- Silinen hesap geri getirilemez.
- Yedeklerde ve sunucu günlüklerinde kalan kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
Bunun dışında hiçbir veri saklanmaz.
Hesabını silmeden yalnızca belirli verilerin silinmesini istiyorsan da aynı adrese yazabilirsin.

Delete your account and data
Secret Santa · Developer: Elapps
You can delete your Secret Santa account and all data associated with it at any time. There are two ways:
1. In the app (instant)
- Open the Secret Santa app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
- Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm with Delete Permanently.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
2. By email (if you no longer have the app)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send an email with the subject “Delete my account”
from the email address registered to your account to:
elappstest@gmail.com
For your security, we only process requests sent from the registered email address and may reply to verify
your identity. Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest (usually within a few
days), and we will confirm by email.
Data that is deleted
- Account details: email address, password, name
- Profile preferences: interests, budget, currency, language and country
- Your wishlist
- Group memberships and draw assignments
- Anonymous chat messages belonging to your matches
- Your report and block records, AI usage records
Good to know
- Groups you created are not deleted; they are transferred to another member. If you are the only member, the
group is deleted too.
- A deleted account cannot be restored.
- Remaining copies in backups and server logs are automatically deleted within 30 days. No other
data is retained.
If you want only some of your data deleted without deleting your account, email the same address.
