Camera and Photo Library Access: The core functionality of Fitme may require access to your device’s camera or photo library. We only access your photos or camera when you explicitly use a feature that requires it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To Provide and Maintain the App: To deliver the core features and functionality of Fitme.
To Improve the App: To understand how our users interact with the App, identify bugs, and develop new features.
To Provide Customer Support: To respond to your questions, requests, and feedback.
To Manage Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, we use a third-party service provider (like RevenueCat, which works with the App Store and Google Play Store) to manage your subscription status. We do not collect or store your payment information.

With Service Providers: We may use third-party companies for services like analytics (e.g., Google Firebase) or subscription management (e.g., RevenueCat). These companies are obligated to protect your information and are only permitted to use it to provide services to us.

8.1 Face Data and Image Processing

Our app may process photos containing faces to generate AI-edited fitness images. We do not collect, store, or share biometric data. Uploaded photos are used only to detect facial landmarks and create the requested image. All photos and related data are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing.

8.2 Third-Party Processing (Replicate.com)

Our app uses Replicate.com, a third-party AI model hosting platform, to generate AI-based fitness photos. When you upload a photo, it is securely transmitted to Replicate’s servers to perform the image generation process. The data is processed temporarily and automatically deleted after the result is generated. We do not share this data with any other parties, and Replicate does not use it for model training or analytics.
